What TradeQuote AI does
TradeQuote AI is quoting, invoicing and job-report software for tradespeople. You describe a job in plain language, add your own labour, material, travel and additional costs, and the app writes a professional, customer-ready quotation in seconds. From there you can turn an accepted quote into an invoice, build a structured material list, write up a job report after the work is finished, and send the finished document to your customer as a branded PDF.
Every financial figure in the app is calculated by the application itself, never by AI. The AI writes the wording and the structure of the quote; the totals, tax, markup and payment details always come from the numbers you entered and the bank details stored in your own company settings, so what you see is what your customer gets.
Who it is for
It is made for small trade businesses and sole traders: plumbers, electricians, handymen, builders, HVAC and mechanical fitters, landscapers, painters and carpenters. It is designed for people who do the work themselves and then have to do the paperwork afterwards, usually on a phone in a van rather than at a desk. That is why the interface is mobile-first, fast and deliberately plain, and why quoting, invoicing and job reporting live in one place instead of four separate tools.
Who builds it
TradeQuote AI is built and maintained by LTNB, a small, independent software studio, working directly alongside working tradespeople who test every release before it goes live. The product roadmap comes from their feedback: the payment terms, material lists and job reports in the app today all started as requests from users who quote for a living.
