1. Using the app
TradeQuote AI is quoting, invoicing and job-report software for tradespeople, operated by LTNB. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your business details, bank details and tax settings up to date, because the documents the app produces are generated from them.
3. What the app does, and what it does not
The app helps you write and format quotes, invoices, material lists and job reports, and it performs the arithmetic on the costs you enter. AI is used to draft the wording only. It does not verify your prices, your tax treatment or your compliance with local rules, and it is not legal, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of everything you send to your customers.
4. Plans and payment
Free plans include a limited number of AI-generated documents per month. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create false, misleading or unlawful documents, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to another business's data. We may suspend an account that is used this way.
6. Your content
Everything you enter, upload or create in the app belongs to you. We store and process it only so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the customer information you enter.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running reliably, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, LTNB is not liable for lost profits, lost work or indirect losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
