Who we are

TradeQuote AI is quoting, invoicing and job-report software for tradespeople, operated by LTNB. This policy explains what information the app stores, why, and what control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Information you give us

When you create an account we store your email address and, if you provide it, your name. During onboarding and in Settings you can add your business details: company name, address, phone, email, website, tax and registration numbers, bank and payment details, your logo, and your default currency, tax and pricing settings.

While using the app you also create records about your own customers and jobs: customer names, contact details, addresses and notes, together with quotes, invoices, job reports, material lists and any photos you upload for a job report.

How we use it

Your information is used to run the app for you: to store and display your records, to calculate totals on your quotes and invoices, to generate the documents and PDFs you request, and to send emails or share links that you ask us to send. Job descriptions and cost line items are sent to our AI provider to draft the wording of a quote, invoice or job report. Financial figures, tax amounts and bank details are calculated by the app itself and are never sent to the AI to be written.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer records to advertise to you or to anyone else.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider's own secure checkout page and are not stored by TradeQuote AI. We receive only the information needed to confirm a payment and activate your plan, such as your email address, the plan purchased and the amount charged.

Photos and device access

TradeQuote AI does not ask for access to your camera, location, contacts or microphone. The only files the app handles are the ones you deliberately choose to upload, such as a company logo or photos for a job report. Those files are stored in your app's private storage and are only reachable through your account.

Storage and security

Your records are stored in an isolated workspace that belongs to your business. Access is controlled by your login and by permissions attached to your account, so one company's customers, quotes and invoices are not visible to another company using the app. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Retention and your choices

Your records are kept for as long as your account is active. You can edit or delete your customers, quotes, invoices and job reports from inside the app at any time. To close your account and have your data removed, email us and we will action the request.
